Masoud
K. Teimoury has over 20 years of professional experience in the
field of Engineering Design, Environmental, Construction, Construction
Management, Overall Project Management, Teaching, and Research involving
projects in the Mainland United States, Guam, the Northern Marianas,
and the various island nations of Micronesia (for island governments,
federal and military agencies, educational institutions, and private
developers).
He
established Masoud & Company, a Guam based Engineering Design,
Environmental, Construction, & Construction Management firm
in 1994.
He is the former Chief of Engineering for the Firm of Duenas and
Swavely, Inc. He is also the former Senior Engineer for the Firm
of Engineering Testing Services, Inc., a dynamic Geotechnical and
Environmental Consulting Firm in Mainland U.S.A..
As
a Professional Engineer and Principal in charge, he is responsible
for the preparation of designs, specifications, cost estimates,
environmental reports, post design services, and overall project
management for all projects undertaken by his firm.
